We are looking for aDirector for our UK Industrial & Logistics Agency team
This role is a long-term career opportunity to help lead and grow a dynamic and market-leading team that specializes in the Industrial & Logistics and Data Centre sectors across the UK.
What this job involves
The team specializes in providing bespoke consultancy to its clients to assist in the formulation of their property strategies and execution of the identified required property transactions. The team's transactions include predominantly search and acquisition services for existing facilities, pre-lets, freehold turnkeys and land; requiring a full understanding of leasing and development transaction processes.

The successful candidate will lead these activities as well as identifying strategies and activities to double our revenue within five years. An exceptional understanding of leases and experience in successfully pitching and closing transactions is essential. Development experience and working knowledge of undertaking development appraisals is a must. Market knowledge of the logistics' sector and of the key market landlords will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, collaborative, client- and results-focussed.
