The role is offered on a 6 month contract basisoutside of IR35.

    The purposeof the role is to scope, lead and a business change project thatwill focus on the integration of key line of business systems. Yourday-to-day responsibilities will include the creation andmanagement of a project plan; the delivery of manual processeswhilst the project is delivered and associated hiring of resources;managing Business Analyst resource to deliver project outputs; thedefinition of all manual processes that technical solutions willnot meet; developing a business impact report with associated risksand issues; facilitate the documentation of detailed processes,guides, Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreementsaround any manual work required around system integrations; UAT anddeployment support; and assisting in the planning and preparationof change management activities.

    MustHave

    • Demonstrable commercial experience offull life cycle IT &/or Change ProjectManagement
    • Proven experience of managingbusiness change and impact.
    • Knowledge ofcreating process maps, service level agreements, and standardoperating procedures.
    • Experience of hiringteams and defining roles, mandates, and terms ofreference.
    • Experience of technology dataoutputs and upload processes
    • Experience ofSocial Housing Management services andprocesses.

    Nice toHave

    • Strong ITIL Change/Release Managementknowledge.
    • Professional qualifications inProject Management, such as PMP, Prince2, APM orsimilar

    As anindividual you will have experience in both matrix management andline management of cross functional teams with effective and strongleaderships and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills both verbally and written. A proventrack record of managing both large and complex budgets alongsidein-depth knowledge of Microsoft office. The role is offered on aninitial 6-month contract basis with possibility of extension, itwill be completely home based with travel to the office in Londonon an infrequent ad-hoc basis that can be expensed.
