    Description
    With over 50 years' experience, Monarch Water are the UK's market leader in the distribution of water softeners.

    With the appointment of a new Managing Director and Management Team exciting times are upon Monarch Water who are looking to grow and fulfil new opportunities within the market.

    To support the continued growth and acting as a key point of contact for our valued customers, we are seeking a Key Account Executive.

    You will be working alongside the well-established sales team, and the main responsibilities will be:

    Develop and manage relationships with key accounts.
    Identify and implement growth opportunities within the existing key accounts.
    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
    Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets.
    Preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
    Attending industry events and conferences to represent the company.
    Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments.
    Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
    Negotiating contracts and terms with customers.
    Providing regular updates and reports on customer accounts.
    Ability to travel to meet with key accounts as required.


    Required skills and qualifications:
    Proven experience in a key account management or sales role.
    A customer-focused approach and excellent relationship-building skills.
    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and sales growth.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
