Join our dynamic Tax Team at our Stamford office as a Assistant Tax Manager Under the guidance of a supportive Tax Manager, you'll play a crucial role in assisting managers and directors to provide taxation advice to clients.
Your Role:
Here's a glimpse into your daily activities:Lead and nurture team members, fostering growth through constructive feedback and performance evaluations, setting clear objectives for their development.
Oversee a diverse client portfolio, leveraging your expertise to enhance the value proposition.Take ownership of the quality of client projects, ensuring they meet objectives within budget constraints, actively engaging in audit planning and execution alongside your team.
Collaborate with colleagues to define client needs, ensuring efficient project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.Engage with management, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Expand business reach by cultivating relationships with potential clients, actively participating in marketing initiatives to generate new opportunities.
Participate in new business pitches and craft compelling tender documents to secure additional projects.
About You:
We're searching for candidates who bring a dynamic blend of experience and qualifications to excel in this role:Possessing either partial or full CTA, ACA or ACCA qualifications.
Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.Must have UK Accounting / Practice experienceMust have UK Private Tax advisory experienceExceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
