- Setting up new clients on databases
- Collection and logging of AML/KYC documentation
- Co-ordinating the opening of bank accounts
- Assist in meeting preparations for local / global acceptance committee
- Responding to queries and requests from internal Compliance Team
- Maintenance of existing client information and ongoing AML/KYC requirements

DESCRIPTION
The Client Operations Officer will report to the Senior Client Operations Officer in the UK's Funds Services Team and assist in the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of clients and client entities, as well as perform other administrative tasks that may be required by a fast-growing, highly collaborative team.
The ideal candidate is a responsible enthusiastic individual who is interested in joining a team and that takes pride and enjoyment in full participation and adding value to the overall team. The candidate will be highly motivated and focused on helping the Funds Services Team to achieve its goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the onboarding of new clients and client entities, involving:
• Assist with ongoing and ad-hoc projects as requested; and other administrative tasks that may
arise from time to time
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Up to 1 years' experience working in an administrative role. Experience within a corporate
services or fund administration environment would be beneficial, but not essential
