    Mayday Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

    We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses to join our client's dynamic team in Belfast.

    As an ICU nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients.

    Patient Care:
    Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

    Monitoring:
    Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment


    Collaboration:

    Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.


    Education:
    Educate patients and their families about the care plan, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
    Adhere to hospital and unit policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.

    Communication:
    Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

    Emergency Response:
    Respond promptly to emergencies within the ICU, following established protocols and procedures.
    Registered Nurse (RN): Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant licensing body.

    ICU Experience:
    Minimum of 6 months of experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (e.g., Proficient in advanced nursing procedures and technologies related to critical care.

    Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

    Adaptability:
    Flexibility to adapt to changing patient conditions and unit priorities.

    Professionalism:
    Demonstrate a commitment to ethical and professional nursing practice
