Joining our Early Help Service, you will support a caseload of families to build on their strengths and help them overcome issues before they reach the level of requiring specialist or statutory intervention.
Capable of building trusting and responsive relationships with children, young people and their carers, you're likely to have a background in an area such as early years, parenting, family support, youth, education or youth justice.
