    Description

    Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Level 3 Residential Children's Practitioner to work full time based in Norwich.

    The salary for this permanent Level 3 Residential Children's Practitioner job is up to £32,020 per annum.
    To engage in the effective delivery of residential childcare utilising specialist knowledge for appropriate interventions, needs assessments and care planning
    ~ To help create a positive environment for each young person with regard to their safety, health and education and diverse needs
    ~ To carry out high quality assessments, use child centred and multi-agency interventions to bring about positive change through developing effective relationships, and secure the best outcomes for children and young people
    ~ To strengthen the relationships between children, young people and families wherever possible and appropriate and to complete outreach tasks where possible
    ~ To deliver residential childcare in accordance with Ofsted's Social Care Inspection Framework
    ~ To manage risk effectively, strengthen emotional resilience, and address underlying causes impacting negatively on the young people's development
    ~ To attend statutory reviews and planning meetings
    ~ An understanding of the needs of looked after young people
