- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team of assistant psychologists.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices in line with regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to ethical principles and professional standards in the delivery of clinical services.
- Manage and support a team of two assistant psychologists, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes learning, growth, and innovation.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the delivery of clinical interventions, assessments, and therapeutic services to young people, with a focus on our neurodevelopmental pathway.
- Conduct ADHD and ASD assessments, as well as other neurodevelopmental assessments, as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments and formulation of comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, counselors, and youth workers, to ensure holistic and integrated support for young people.
- Participate in case consultations, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to enhance clinical outcomes and promote collaborative decision-making.
- Participate in the hiring process to recruit and onboard additional clinicians to expand our clinical team.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria to attract top talent.
- Play an active role in interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with our company values and clinical standards.
- Specialist Training in Neurodevelopmental Disorders: Additional postgraduate training or specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD and ASD, is highly desirable in ADI-R & ADOS training.
- Registration and Licensing: Registration as a Clinical Psychologist or another core professionals with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or an equivalent regulatory body is typically required. This ensures that the individual meets the professional standards and requirements for practicing.

Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Hybrid (office-based and remote), with occasional in-office requirements a few times a month.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our clinical services, overseeing a team of two assistant psychologists, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health support to young people. As part of our growth strategy, the Clinical Lead will also be actively involved in the hiring process to bring onboard more clinicians and contribute to our mission of becoming a leader in the mental health space.Your role will be split between providing 3-4 days clinical work and 1-2 leadership. The leadership role will develop as the clinic grows.
