- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in event production, preferably within the live events industry, with a successful track record of delivering largescale events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools, such as event management software, project management tools, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Flexibility to travel and work onsite at events as required.
- This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from home for two days per week.
- Salary range: £65,000 to £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join our team on a remote basis. The Lead Producer will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing live events from conception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and plan live events, defining objectives, themes, and logistics.
Production Management:
Oversee all aspects of event production, including venue selection, stage design, technical production, staffing, and scheduling.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards and profitability.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services, equipment, and resources for events.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including production crew, technical staff, performers, and volunteers, to deliver successful events.
Logistics and Operations:
Coordinate event logistics and operations, including load-in/load-out, transportation, catering, security, and guest services.
Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of event production, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
