Estimator (Civils) £70,000+ Benefits Portsmouth Full-Time / Permanent

AN IMMEDIATE START CAN BE ARRANGED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

You will be joining a well-established and regarded company as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work from their Hampshire office. With multiple offices throughout the UK, this is a challenging and rewarding time. With a wide range of capabilities, your working day here will never be dull Working within a team environment, you will not only manage your own goals but also support your work colleagues, so a professional friendly nature is key.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Project monthly figures
Client meetings/visits
Provide costs of proposed projects
Identify commercial risks and be capable of responding accordingly
Monitoring finance of estimated contracts
Detailed report writing of costs and progress for all clients
Monitor of subcontractors
Mentoring the junior Quantity Surveyors

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You must have proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator within the Civils sector. Experienced in managing all projects from conception to completion, commercial tenders, groundworks and Civils experience, working on high-value projects - £7 million mark, and hold a valid UK driving licence.
