    We are looking for a full-time talented and enthusiastic Junior Trading professional to join our dynamic trading and Investment Management team.

    Blockchain is a high-performance culture marked by fearlessness and hyper productivity. Help the trading desk with daily operations
    Build new automation tools and improve existing procedures for risk management, PNL and control
    Help optimize capital usage, streamline operations and drive process improvements
    Analyze practical issues relating to the implementation of trading strategies such as liquidity constraints and transaction costs
    Deep knowledge of Python, with experience using it in a front office financial role (strongly desirable)
    Training in statistics and probability
    Good understanding of finance and trading concepts
    Familiarity with the crypto trading industry (desirable)
