- Monitor our recently implemented service desk
- Ensure timely resolution of all tickets within agreed SLAs
- Resolve 1st or 2nd line support issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
- Maintain internal wikis
- Deliver exemplary service to all OQC users
- Analyze and enhance current support processes and SLAs
- Contribute to strategic meetings and roadmap planning for the service desk
- A comprehensive understanding of the service desk life cycle
- Strong 1st and 2nd line support skills, focusing on Windows with exposure to Mac or Linux as a bonus
- Outstanding communication and analytical abilities for process enhancements
- Proficiency in documentation and maintaining service desk records

OQC is currently seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to lead the transition of its IT support to provide top-notch service to users.

Role Overview
As a rapidly growing firm immersed in life-changing quantum technologies, this position offers you the opportunity to become our inaugural Service Desk Administrator. You will play a key role in refining and enhancing our support processes.
