    Description

    Salary Range: £27,075 - £30,000 per annum

    Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

    Duration of Contract : Fixed Term for 12 months

    Hours per week : 35 hours per week (Full Time)

    Location: Sutton/Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working and our team work 2 days per week on site.

    Closing Date : Sunday 16th June

    As Business Development Intern, you will gain experience of working in a busy technology transfer and knowledge exchange office, providing an excellent start to a career in this field. We will teach you to provide advice, guidance and contracts support to our world-leading academics and clinicians, enabling them to undertake a range of research and commercial activities. By working in this vibrant team, you will help us to achieve ICR's mission: to make the discoveries that defeat cancer.

    Key Requirements

    The successful candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent, in a subject relevant to the ICR or the Business and Innovation Office. They must have the ability to rapidly learn new skills, to gather and act on information from lots of different sources, and must have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.     In this role you will interact with multiple interfacing groups such as business development, information governance, research support and clinical trials.
