    mirus is a not-for-profit charitable organisation, working in partnership with the people they support, their families and other partners, to deliver high quality, person-centred support services for people with a disability. We have been supporting people in Wales for over 35 years and currently support over 350 people in ten different local authority areas.

    Our name mirus means 'wonderful' and 'extraordinary', which is exactly how we view our staff, services, and the people we support.

    The Chief Executive of mirus will be responsible for leading the organisation to achieve its vision and purpose, enabling people to live a happy and fulfilled life.

    Acting as the lead ambassador for mirus, the Chief Executive will promote the charity's values in all aspects of its work and ensure it continues to be creative and person-centred in everything it does.

    Our support services are person centred and focus on enabling people to achieve their goals and the things that matter to them.

    Our vision is to be at the forefront of individualised, quality, affordable services that enable people to live fulfilled, valued lives.
