- Volgen van de trends in samenleving en dit vertalen naar HR beleid, generatiemanagement, "het nieuwe werken", digitale transformatie, loopbaan en carrière vorming binnen GKN Fokker.
- Actieve bijdrage leveren aan het verhogen van de betrokkenheid van medewerkers, het actief ontwikkelen van talent en teamontwikkeling.
- Adviseren en ondersteunen bij Performance Management.
- Ontslagzaken voorbereiden en deze ten uitvoer brengen.
- Begeleiden en adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij het HR Self- Service pakket van Fokker.
- Actieve bijdrage en deelname aan complexe HR projecten.
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding plus ruime ervaring binnen het HR-werkveld, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving.
- Een stevige HR business Partner met aantoonbare ervaring op tactisch niveau in een organisatie brede focus.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met een motiverende en verbindende houding.
- Gedegen kennis van HRM-instrumenten, arbeids- en sociale wetgeving en CAO's (bij voorkeur Metalektro) en je bent uiteraard op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen binnen het HR-vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het begeleiden van diverse, complexe HR projecten.

- Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring wordt het salaris bepaald aan de hand van de salarisschaal die bij deze functie hoort. De medior en senior schaal begint bij € 4689,- en eindigt bij € 6215.-bruto per maand.
