Job Responsibilities:
As a Second Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chatTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud technologies, Azure, and the Microsoft tech stackAssisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systemsCollaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issuesDocumenting support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting stepsKeeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industryRequired Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably as a First Line Support EngineerStrong knowledge and experience with cloud technologies, particularly AzureProficiency in the Microsoft tech stack, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analyticallyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleaguesProven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications such as

Azure Administrator Associate or
