    Description
    We are currently seeking 2 x skilled and experienced Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Multi Trader to join the London team.
    This is an opportunity to secure a long term / permanent role.
    Your general responsibilities will include:
    • Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including handyman, or basic carpentry, or painting, and general building maintenance.
    • Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards.
    • Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
    • Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
    Skills:
    Because we are looking for 2 x Multi Trades, tasks will be divided depending on your qualifications and experience.
    The right person will need to have relevant skills to perform either of the below tasks:
    • Painting & Decorating - (painting & decorating tasks withing the building)
    • Handyman - (fixing or hanging kitchen cabinets, door handles etc)
    OR:
    • Electrical - (basic lighting installation or light bulbs replacement, or light switches etc)
    • Plumbing - (fixing a leaking tap or sink etc)
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Multi Trader in a commercial or residential environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    Other important info:
    • Must have previous experience and be able to complete any of the above listed tasks.
    • This is not a contract, but a permanent position to work in a serviced office commercial building.

    Benefits:
    • Salary available between £30,000 - £32,000 / pa
    • Other company benefits such as pension and company car also available.
