The role is responsible for ensuring that the business fully buys into training programmes and then measure the effectiveness of the delivery and performance through key metrics.

The L&D strategy, interventions, and programmes you lead on will cover the complete employee lifecycle journey from onboarding through to skill enhancement and career development, this will include technical, cultural, behavioural, leadership and inspirational learning content.

    Job Responsibilities:

To implement and lead a true 'learning culture' across the business that is best in class.

Ensure that our company values are the golden thread through our L&D strategy and all of our L&D tools and interventions.

Promote under used training software (Looop) to deliver training and create professional learning pathways for all employees.
Remain curious and keep close to market insight, external market factors affecting our business, business trends and industry leaders to ensure that our L&D strategy pushes boundaries
Work with and influence senior stakeholders and function leaders to understand and build programmes that enable personal and functional growth, in line with their long-term talent plans
Implement a '9 box grid' assessment across the business, aligning to succession plans and future leaders.
Align with the Head of People, Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Business Partner to deploy strategies and activities to gain external recognition and publicity for our L&D activity – that creates a halo effect around our group identity

Identify and manage external L&D providers to support and deliver elements of our L&D strategy including sourcing and building strong, cost effective and efficient partnerships that have strong brand alignment.

Inspire, engage, and empower teams and individuals to live our values and achieve growth resilience and emotional intelligence.

Build a learning and development space in which teams feel safe to question and explore a wide variety of subject matters.

Proactively drive a strong community spirit across teams – seeking opportunities for team working and cross functional networking with French peers.

A solid HR background and extensive employee relations knowledge
Experience working in a fast-paced SME is highly desirable
Level 5 (minimum) L&D/CIPD Qualifications achieved
