    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Laboratory Coordinator to join our passionate laboratory team. The candidate will work closely with research associates and scientists to support multiple aspects of our R&D programs at Quotient Therapeutics. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented team environment with a clear passion for cross team organisation and impact. The individual will have demonstrated evidence of agility and nimbleness to improve laboratory operations, and an overt attitude of positivity when facing challenges. The candidate will be dedicated to develop and grow outside their comfort zone by constantly learning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain laboratory stock through ordering and goods in receipt
    • Receive, inventory and maintain samples in accordance with HTA regulations
    • Coordinate maintenance engineers
    • Carry out internal sample audits
    • Support safety, quality and HTA investigations
    • Liase with facility engineers, security and support staff
    • Collaborate and communicate with other team members across various functional areas

    Key Skills and Experiences:

    • BS or MS degree in biochemistry, molecular or micro biology, or related field
    • Relevant experience in organization of laboratory maintenance
    • Experience of implementing new processes to support laboratory staff
    • Knowledge and experience of sample inventorying
    • Knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance eg automation systems, PCR, tapestaion, Qubit etc
