    What you'll do

    We have an outstanding opportunity within the CRM Strategy Team for a Senior CRM Strategy Executive to drive forward our efforts across all Safer Gambling communications.

    With a focus on relevancy and personalisation, you will be part of a team that deliver impactful communications to our customer base to inspire customers and keep them safe, entertained and feeling valued.

    It's an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a huge project to overhaul our tools to deliver best in class and CRM capabilities.

    Here are some of the main responsibilities of the role:

    • A key link between the wider CRM team and safer gambling team, this role is responsible for understanding the Safer Gambling objectives and owning a monthly CRM plan that delivers on these.
    • With a customer first mind-set ensure we are delivering impactful and engaging communications across a range of customer lifecycles. Tailoring those lifecycles to hit bespoke key performance indicators.
    • Ensure adherence to our planning processes. Coordinating and running sessions with multiple teams to enrich and agree your plans in a timely manner. Following up those agreed plans with tasks in our workflow management system, Work front, to ensure our delivery teams are set up for success.
    • Work with Business Insight to understand the performance of our CRM activity, develop bespoke reports and proactively suggest further improvement's to better understand our campaign effectiveness.
    • With a finite pot of delivery resource you will find opportunities to drive operational efficiencies via automation of our regular campaigns whilst also using your knowledge of campaign performance to prioritise available resource to where we can have the most impact.
    • Work with CRM Data Strategy to optimise targeting and exploit our data capabilities.
    • Identify opportunities to refine our targeting capabilities, work with the appropriate teams to drive new models and segmentation opportunities to improve our plans. Ensure new data/ models are implemented and appropriately tested.

    How you'll do it

    A key role bridging the gap between multiple teams to bring your plans to life, you will be a strong communicator, able to understand challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive actionable plans which maximise the delivery resource we have available. A proactive, solutions focussed approach and ability to forge good working relationships with multiple stakeholders is essential.

    Passionate about the customer experience you will seek to understand more about our customers and their preferences through data, research and CX centre. Identifying and developing opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

    As a senior in the team you will proactively share your knowledge and experience of CRM methodologies with the wider team, creating forums for shared learnings to maximise impact across all products in the business.

    You will actively seek to identify and tackle and opportunities to improve ways of working ultimately delivering improvements to our customer facing marketing and maximising available resource.

    Key tools used in the role are Work front (our work flow management tool), Power BI & Excel for analysis and Cheetah Mail to view email templates and get a quick check on email engagement.
