The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Evaluation Manager to lead the evaluation and translation of new research cultures activities, funded as part of our Wellcome funded Institutional Research Cultures project, , across the Universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews. The Evaluation Manager will be a senior member of the Community Knowledge Hub. The Hub will provide bespoke pre- and post- award support, community building, knowledge-sharing, and critical cross-linking of projects funded through the InFrame Research Culture Catalyst Fund.
The Evaluation Manager role offers the opportunity to work across three universities on a wide variety of projects to improve Research Cultures. The role holder will work with staff and students at all career stages and in all parts of each partner university to develop, realise, and implement projects that aim to identify and evaluate new models of research leadership. They will support the project leadership and Community Knowledge Manager to identify themes across projects and build each institution's evidence base for decision making related to research culture.
