    Description

    Due to rapid growth of our business, we're looking for an innovative, proactive and creative CRM Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

    In the role as CRM Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Director in driving and achieving the customer reengagement and lead generation targets.

    You will be the CRM champion, responsible for the end-to-end management of our customer email and SMS campaigns, briefing assets, building segments, scheduling and reporting of all Electric Car Scheme newsletters, automation and SMS campaigns.

    This brand-new role will be a senior hire in the Marketing Team, and will report into the Marketing Director.
    You need to have at least five years of practical experience working with B2B and/or B2C CRM Marketing. Bonus in a high growth start up or scale up environment.
    You'll use email performance metrics, sales metrics and customer journey intuition to optimise performance continuously. A/B testing in the email service provider (ESP) will be a key tool for learning and improvement.
    Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Sendgrid. Experience with Squarespace is a bonus.
    You're passionate and knowledgeable about climate change, sustainability and/or the electric car industry.
    Experience building data segments.
    Self-motivation and enjoy working within a team, but also working independently on multiple projects.

    Willingness to own and drive your personal development plan, and open to asking for and accepting feedback on performance.

    Produce newsletters regularly, collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Executive to ensure that the messaging fits well with seasonal and internal content calendars
    Create customer segments based on data analysis and implement personalised email communication strategies to drive business and revenue.

    Drive the email creative process, working with our freelance Designer, ensuring they have clear briefs and insight to support the design process of our CRM content.

    Provide regular email reports and insights to senior management, highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on business goals.

    Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing engagement among our existing clients who are already enrolled in The Electric Car Scheme.

    Support the Marketing Director with any additional marketing tasks that arise.

    Given the nature of our business, there will be chances to contribute to broader marketing activities - both digital and offline.
