- Project Management: Lead and execute continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis, benchmarking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Change Management: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating change management activities, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress, evaluate project outcomes, and identify areas for further improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and barriers to project success, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departmental heads, subject matter experts, and external consultants to leverage expertise and resources for successful project delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and present findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions for process optimization.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a PMO environment and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) is desirable.

Role Overview: As the Continuous Improvement Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across our operations.
