    As a Team Leader within the Sustaining Team, you will drive and coordinate the engineers' activities related to sustaining the quality, cost, and supply of the products within Malvern Panalytical products.

    Providing line management and support the talent management and career development of your team members.
    Understanding the capacity and capability of your team members through support of the group Agile SCRUM process.
    React and adapt to changing business priorities.
    Drive the team towards customer-centric solutions, in an agile and adaptable manner.
    Prioritise, plan, and execute team activities through the Agile SCRUM process.

    Ensure that your team activities are fully understood, visible and achieve appropriate due diligence through close collaboration with technical, quality and compliance specialists.

    Promote the latest best practise guidance for the timely delivery of projects/tasks to a high degree of quality.

    Foster an engineering culture which strives towards on time delivery of high-quality work with a focus on Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) and Design for Excellence (DfX).

    Quality - Improved reliability and robustness of products.
    Good experimental techniques and understanding of statistical analysis.
