    Description
    This individual will be pivotal in analysing data, presenting fundraising information to senior management, and delivering bespoke reports. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, be data-savvy, and demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management capabilities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Produce professional grade presentations and business intelligence for senior management and multiple stakeholders outlining fundraising strategies, progress, and projections.
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for fundraising optimisation.
    • Utilise analytical tools and models to assess market trends, product trends and client behaviour.
    • Respond to bespoke requests from stakeholders by generating customised reports and analyses.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored reports within established timelines.
    • Monitor fundraising performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Establish and implement effective processes to deliver on the above responsibilities regularly.
    • Work on and lead diverse projects which directly impact the Business Development and client teams.
      Qualifications:
      • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role, presenting information to senior management, ideally within investment management.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
      • Advanced proficiency in data analysis.
      • Experience using CRM and associated business development tools.
      • Proactive and ideas-driven mindset, informed by data and objectives.
      • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and fundraising strategies to institutional clients.
      • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of effectively interfacing with senior management and diverse teams.
