    Job Advertisement: Experienced Site Manager - Northampton

    Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

    Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, based in Northampton, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. With a focus on 278 works, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead site management activities and ensure project success.
    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in site supervisor or general foreman roles.
    • Experience in 278 works is essential.
    The Role: As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day site management activities. Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment for all site staff.
    • Preparation and management of safety documentation, including WPP/TRBA.
    • Control and issuing of all permits to work.
    • Monitoring competencies on-site and maintaining necessary records.
    • Maintaining site diary, issuing works records, and recording extra works, including site measurements.
    • Preparation of progress reports and ensuring awareness of contract and programme requirements.
    • Proficiency in reading designs effectively and utilizing computer applications such as Word, Excel, and email in a professional manner.
