    Description
    Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities and Autism Service.

    Elevate your career in care management with a pivotal role at a residential service situated in Sale Manchester.

    A large semi-detached house with space for up to 9 service users.


    Benefits:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
    • Conduct thorough audits, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Provide inspirational leadership through effective staff supervision, appraisal, and mentoring.
    • Manage HR processes, including recruitment, absence management, and rota scheduling.
    • Uphold the principles of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs).

    Essential Criteria:

    • Hold a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or be actively working towards completion.
    • Confidence in understanding and applying MCA and DOLs frameworks.
