    Cross Class Underwriter - Middle Market

    A growing Insurance Company, a dynamic player in the global insurance industry are seeking a talented Cross Class Underwriter to bolster our Middle Market team in Birmingham.

    With a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, they are poised for continued growth and success.


    Responsibilities:
    Evaluate new and renewal submissions to identify profitable accounts, analyse risks, and set terms and conditions. Cultivate existing portfolios through retail producer relationships and maintain pricing discipline to meet profitability goals. Engage in client/broker interactions to promote our service proposition and support risk mitigation efforts.


    Qualifications:
    3+ years of P&C underwriting experience in the middle market segment. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field preferred.
