    Job summary

    The post holder will have overall operational responsibility for all clinical rosters for a specific specialty ensuring sufficient medical cover to meet service demands.

    We are looking for someone proactive who is able to work with minimal supervision on a range of tasks.

    This is a fast paced service and the successful applicant will need to be comfortable working with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.

    You will be a great team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure to set deadlines.

    The ability to build successful relationships with senior clinicians and managers along with other teams is essential.

    Main duties of the job

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Centralised Roster Team. This job is fast paced, exciting and requires you to be flexible a great multitasker.

    The post holder will ensure that all medical rosters within the CBU's remain EWTD and compliant with current contractual M&D terms and conditions, produced in a timely and efficient manner utilizing both existing and temporary staff in the most appropriate and cost-effective.

    The post holder will primarily be based on the Ormskirk Site, providing a centralised level of cross cover for specialities on both sites as and when required.

    Job responsibilities

    The post holder will have overall operational responsibility for clinical rosters ensuring that specialty has sufficient medical cover to meet service demands.

    The post holder will ensure that all medical rosters within the CBUs are EWT and compliant with current contractual M&D terms and conditions, produced in a timely and efficient manner utilizing both existing and temporary staff in the most appropriateand cost-effective manner.
