    • We are delighted to bring to the market this exceptional opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with between four and eight years PQE to join a national law firm at its office Birmingham.

    This is a fantastic development opportunity; working at this firm will give you unrivalled training and exposure to high-quality work, opening lots of doors for you later in your career.

    The firm offers three days per week from home for lawyers at this level, and you'll be working alongside some of the most successful and prominent lawyers in the field – the talent at this firm swamps the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, paving the way for you to do the same.

    In the role, you will work within a close-knit team and manage your own caseload of wills, LPAs, probate, estate planning and trust administration, often on behalf of HNW and UHNW clients. You'll also have lots of opportunities to grow your personal brand and help promote the team across Birmingham through business development and networking.

    This national firm has its sights firmly set on growth and reaching the top 30. Along with these ambitions, it remains determined to retain the down-to-earth culture it has managed to continue to cultivate over its rich history.

    While it can be hard to differentiate between the firms at the top, this heavyweight provides its team with an unbeatable combination of upper market pay, lots of progression opportunities and an impressive level of flexibility, while keeping a relaxed and friendly environment.

    You will get plenty of opportunity to move up the ladder position due to a well-structured progression route. You'll also get a pay review at least every 12 months.

    Additional benefits include 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, fund for homeworking equipment, healthcare and life insurance, and subsidised leisure, travel and retail to make your pay go further.
