- Overseeing the delivery of care services, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
- Managing staff and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
- Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
- Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the care team
- Following of policies and procedures
- Dealing with any safeguarding issues
- Daily meetings with other senior staff
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
- Experience in a leadership role, specifically in a nursing or residential home setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have a strong character and be a good communicator
- Be a reflective leader
- Want to develop their own style of management
- Work closely with the director to develop growth plans for the service
- A basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
