    Description

    Our client is a highly acquisitive, Private Equity backed, international Technology and Business Services Group on an exceptional global growth trajectory, making it the world's fastest growing group in this sector.

    This would suit an ambitious accountant with strong technical skills and the desire to gain significant acquisitions/integration experience and exposure to Private Equity.

    Analytical review of the financial reports and performance of companies in the group
    Design and implementation of new financial controls, accounting standards, policies and best practice.
    Manage statutory reporting, audit and compliance, including filing of statutory accounts
    Accounting for acquisitions and business integrations.

    Responsibility for the multi-currency consolidation and reporting platform including maintaining the chart of accounts and GL structure and onboarding newly acquired businesses into the Group chart of accounts.

    Ownership and main contact for the financial close process
    Manage tax and treasury matters including foreign exchange and multi-currency
    You will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
    Experience of group consolidations (under IFRS) and financial reporting, with experience of multi-currency and foreign exchange
    You must possess strong excel skills
    Hybrid working is offered (min 2 days per week in office)
