    About the job:

    RealTruck wants to grow its European business and is committed to investing in the market by launching new products, strengthening its distribution network, and building a strong brand. To support this ambition, we are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager for our Aftermarket business who can set and execute an effective strategy and help establish RealTruck as the preferred go-to brand for accessories to pickup trucks and 4x4 vehicles in Europe. By being close to our customers and understanding their businesses and the markets they operate in, we can demonstrate the breadth and depth of our products and services and the value we can generate for them. Being at the front line and having relationships with the customers, the primary role of the Regional Sales Manager is to communicate and deliver this value to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent RealTruck's entire product range within your geographical scope and customer segments
    • Define the sales strategy and objectives together with the Sales Director for Europe
    • Ensure effective execution of the strategy and reach the sales targets as well as other quantitative and qualitative objectives
    • Frequently call on and in other ways communicate with customers in your region to set and follow up on sales plans, explore new opportunities, and build close and productive relations
    • Proactively assist with developing and optimizing RealTruck Europe by using your experience and understanding of the industry
    • Coordinate with Customer Support and other departments at RealTruck Europe to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillments to your customers and a high customer satisfaction
    • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Organize and/or participate in relevant events to show-case products and engage existing and potential customers
    • Ensure our product offerings are competitive by giving inputs to product improvements and development of new products as well as pricing
    • Closely follow and analyze competition and understand their value propositions relative to our offering
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting and recommendations

    Who are we looking for:

    • Experienced sales manager with experience from the automotive aftermarket business in Europe
    • Proven track record with building and managing a distribution network and driving growth
    • Understand brand building and value-based selling
    • Structured and analytical approach to sales planning, business development, and reporting
    • Self-driven, result oriented, with high integrity
    • Technical skills allowing to install and demonstrate products
    • Able to work from home when not visiting customers
    • Willing to travel minimum two weeks per month including time spent at head office
