    A vacancy has arisen for a Business Support Administrator reporting to the Business Support Team Manager. This is a fixed term contract until 01/05/2025.

    The successful applicant will be working on site (Darlington) inputting data and creating cases on Hartlink based on correspondence received for a number of clients.

    You will work within a team in the provision of administration services for clients, scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements, business rules and procedures and within the regulatory framework.


    Business Support Administrator Job Description:
    Becoming a Business Support Administrator with Capita Employee Solutions

    A vacancy has arisen for a Business Support Administrator (On a fixed term basis until May 2025) reporting to the Business Support Team Manager.

    The successful applicant will be working on site (Darlington) inputting data and creating cases on Hartlink based on correspondence received for a number of clients.

    You will work within a team in the provision of administration services for clients, scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements, business rules and procedures and within the regulatory framework.

    To work towards overall goals of the team in completing administration tasks and achieving excellent customer service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements To create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events.

    To provide optimum levels of customer service to clients in terms of quality, cost and time. Identify and report risks and breaches immediately to line management and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department.

    Regularly review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery, improve processes and reduce potential complaints and business risks.

    Adhere to Quality Management Systems and comply with pensions and FCA regulations and initiatives.

    To support and assist the management team where required in all aspects of service delivery and business support for example, ad hoc projects, auditing, etc.

    To support less experienced members in the team.

    To build and maintain personal and performance development records What we're looking for:

    Good interpersonal skills, proactive, organised, self-motivated, confident, flexible, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

    Experience of data input and some or all of the following IT packages:
    Hartlink, MS Word, MS Excel, Ability to correctly identify complaint correspondence. Able to demonstrate provision of excellent customer service to clients, members and third parties. Relevant experience within a Business Support/Customer Service environment.
