Position:

We are seeking a dedicated part time Host for our Dartford location. This role offers an opportunity to work with an outstanding team and engage directly with our valued Mercedes-Benz customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Ambassador for Hedin Automotive and Mercedes-Benz brands.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Maintain high standards for the showroom and refreshment areas.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and service departments to optimize customer service.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and general communication skills.
  • Experience with engaging with customers.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanour.

  • Part time position
  • Working hours: Friday (10am7pm) Saturday (9am5pm) Sunday (10am4pm)
  • Coordination and management of customer relations in our showroom.
