My client is a top bus manufacturer in the UK, located in Leeds.
They are looking for Engineers with a solid bus industry background and a keen interest in transitioning to a Trainer role. We also seek specialists with training expertise in the bus sector.
The main aim of this position is to boost business development through thorough training, leading E-Learning projects, and ensuring top-notch technical support with a focus on tracking and monitoring support interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external partners for ongoing training needs.
- Coordinate internal departments to drive service progression.
- Deliver comprehensive staff training to optimize operations.
- Conduct training on diagnostics and fault identification.
- Oversee diagnostics and equipment when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reports.
- Provide accessible technical documentation to staff.
- Identify improvement opportunities and foster continuous team enhancement.
Requirements:
- Experience in training provision and business case planning.
- Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior customer service background.
- Track record in team management.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the bus industry.
- Valid driving license.
- The salary offered is £45,000 + £5,000 for car allowance.
Working Hours:
