    Description

    We are looking for an hard-working and dedicated individual with a passion for content creation and communication to join our Product Education team.

    The Product Education Associate will be responsible making Contentsquare's products easy to use by crafting engaging training content for multiple audiences.

    Create tutorials, step-by-step instructions, and scenarios for E-Learning training courses and our Help Center guides.
    Deliver a consistent and cohesive voice across all Contentsquare content and documentation.
    Analyze feedback and prioritize content updates.
    Assist in planning and implementing enterprise level E-Learning solutions for our wide portfolio of clients.
    Partner with the translation team to ensure content is available for our global audience.
    Creative, empathetic, collaborative, optimistic, and curious.
    Experience working with Learning Management Systems, Content Authoring Solutions, and Zendesk Guides.
    Fluency in a second language.
