    Junior Roadshow Manager, Corporate Access - London We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic and highly-rated Corporate Access team in London. This Trainee / Junior Roadshow Manager role is suited to someone who can already demonstrate impressive attention to detail, is passionate about delivering to the highest standards, thrives on running multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable from the off speaking with even the most senior of management contacts.

    Responsibilities :


    You will learn and develop as a Roadshow Manager from some of the most experienced and respected Roadshow Managers in the industry.

    They will work to build your knowledge and expertise such that, in time, you will:


    • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of roadshows and investor trips, both bespoke and for various sized groups; in person and virtual.
    • Manage roadshow and trip logistics including the organisation of travel, hotels, meeting rooms, lunches, and virtual setups.
    • Liaise with internal counterparts across multiple teams and regions as well as corporate clients and institutional investors

    Note:

    this is a role that can, on occasion, require working outside of normal hours, to support events in different time zones or assist with last minute logistics changes, for example.

    Due to the nature of the job, your normal working day will be physically in our London office.

    Qualifications:

    • You should be able to demonstrate genuine attention to detail and be someone who is naturally process driven.
    • You should also be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering results to the exacting standards that has given the team you will be joining their exemplary reputation.
    • Applicants should be able to show evidence of being able to deal with multiple projects at the same time.
    • You should have proficiency with the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
    • Successful applicants will also be able to show an ability to adapt and think on their feet to react to rapidly unfolding situations.
