    Senior Workflow Consultant at a Leading IT Recruitment Company



    • Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)
    • Duration: 9 months contract initially

    Are you an experienced Senior Workflow Assessment Consultant looking for a new opportunity? Our client is searching for a talented individual to join their team and collaborate with one of their key customers.

    In this role, you will be involved in analyzing how customers utilize the client's products and identifying areas for improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles
    • Proficiency in working with solutions like the Creative Cloud suite
    • Sound knowledge of digital asset management and creative workflow consultancy
    • Experience in agency/creative environments
    • Basic JavaScript skills and API understanding
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Capability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
    • Proven track record in driving commercial opportunities
