    The Construction Business Development Manager's key Responsibilities:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

    Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

    Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

    Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute business development initiatives.

    The Business Development Manager will lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract management processes.


    Requirements:
    Formal academic qualifications

    Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the construction industry, particularly within public funded clients.

    Strong understanding of construction processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
