    Job Description

    Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with Development Managers within the London market who are looking for a new challenge.

    Our client, who are a leading real estate developer with operations spanning across the length of the UK have a unique business model and very modern approach to mixed used development. They are specialists within the hotel industry, specifically development and operating.

    They have a number of live projects across London at present (all of which exceed 300 rooms) and are now looking to add to their growing team of development managers due to expansion and land acquisition within the Capital.

    Reporting into the highly experienced development director within the business, the ideal development manager will have vast amounts of knowledge working within RIBA stages 0-2. They would consider more of an acquisition & planning biased DM or will also be very interested in the front end type DM's who can offer excellent delivery on 1 or 2 of their exciting projects.

    Hotel experience isn't completely essential however will be highly desirable for this business.

    They will accept CV's from contracting background's or real estate development.

    Depending on experience the salary will range from £85,000 - £110,000
