    The DDC Service Technician will work within occupied buildings on behalf of our customers.

    The technician will be responsible for various DDC preventative maintenance tasks, programming & graphic changes, possible HVAC equipment startups, and commissioning and troubleshooting of DDC Systems with minimal supervision.

    This position requires flexibility to work overtime as the business needs (on call).
    Understand and have knowledge of building mechanical/electrical/control systems and equipment, typical DDC controls systems and devices
    Perform site-specific training for owner/operator
    Perform system startups, and network connections, create and modify graphics interfaces as required
    Point-to-point functional testing of equipment/systems
    Use of hand tools and testing equipment
    Certified Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson for min 1 year with computer skills
    Microsoft Office Suite
    Good understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code. FSR-B is an asset.
    Knowledge of Wireshark and Network Captures
    Must have a valid driver's license and hold a clean driving record
    Problem-solving solid abilities (electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving, networking)
    Knowledge of programming, access, and surveillance systems, fire alarm, and network topology
