    Join our team as Facilities Communications Specialist Your mission:
  • The Facilities Communications Specialist is a wise and effective communicator, whose responsibility it is to curate and support intradepartmental communications globally for the global DI SW facilities team.
    • What you can expect:
  • Curate and produce the Global Facilities Newsletter on quarterly basis
  • Work closely with SharePoint Manager in maintaining intradepartmental SharePoint Sites (specifically, written content)
  • Support the global project management team with local Office Guidebook content completion
  • Spearhead Communication prep for senior director of global facilities which includes Power Point Presentation preparation, Newsletter communication, and Follow-Up Email communications post-events
  • Experience in organizing town halls, all hand meetings and engaging with global internal stakeholders
  • Distill complex information for various audiences and projects
  • Editing and proofreading of Facilities departmental written content for different business purposes
  • Work closely with our global EHS team in implementing global EHS communications and executing accordingly. (Newsletters, SharePoint updates, Viva Engage, and campaign communication support)
    • Your Profile:
  • 3 years (minimum) of strong experience gained in an internal communications role, collaborating with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones
  • Experience in drafting and publishing of written content
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly, excellent editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees
  • Strong project management skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative, respectful, and open towards others and eager to learn from others
  • Positive and flexible attitude; proactive problem-solver, who can demonstrate initiative and ownership
  • Work well individually and while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Positive, professional approach and the ability to perform tasks with minimal direction and guidance
  • Good judgment, strong common sense, and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
