    Senior Insights Strategist
    6 Month FTC with potential for permanent
    Hybrid: 3 days in London office

    Currently around 75 people and nicely settled into our swanky home at 135 Bishopsgate, the strategy team is 12 strong with a good balance from juniors up to senior directors - all sharing a strong desire to deliver awesome work and have fun while we do it.

    About the Senior Insights Strategist role

    As the Senior Insights Strategist, you be tasked with raising the bar on our insight generation and analytical rigour, strengthening our strategic output on both new business and existing clients, showing the rest of our team what 'great' looks like and upskilling those around you.

    This is a hybrid role where approximately 60% will be focussed on brand insights, working with cross-departmental teams on project scoping and brand immersions.

    In this role you will typically be resourced on the early stages of a project, helping the strategy lead to plan for and create compelling brand diagnoses, before detaching from the project.

    The remaining 40% will be operating as a senior strategist working on appropriate projects at any point during its lifespan as required.

    In this guise you will get exposure to the end-to-end spectrum of strategic work, from product architecture to brand positioning, verbal identity and creative design briefs.

    Within the role of Senior Insights Strategist you will leverage the existing insights firepower within McCann and the wider IPG network, be they teams, platforms, IP or forums.

    You willfoster relationships and build up knowledge of these assets and bring them to bear for the benefit of FutureBrand London.

    We're looking for a Senior Insights Strategist who can demonstrate:

    Proven experience compiling brand diagnoses and defining insights that inspire great work.
    Experience leading brand strategy projects for major corporate or consumer clients.
    Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
