    We are looking for an Office Coordinator to work within a successful family-run business based in Scarborough.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a busy and varied role. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors so you should have excellent communication skills, as well as being organised and confident with IT. You'll be working within a close-knit team, managing diaries and supporting with shipping and logistics. You should have a keen eye for detail, spotting improvements and ensuring that processes run as smoothly as possible. As an Office Coordinator, your duties will include:
    • Greeting customers, registering client details on our system
    • Diary management
    • Assisting with inputting receipts and payments
    • Answering the telephone and responding to emails; dealing with any general enquiries or directing to the relevant team member
    • Assisting customers on live web chat
    • Contributing to the logistics function; providing international shipping quotes, adding custom delivery quotes to customer invoices and assisting with the posting & packing process
    • Providing admin support
    This is a full time, permanent role, working 40 hours: Monday Friday 8.30 – 5pm with some Saturday working 9.30am – 2pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
