Outstanding opportunity for an information technology professional to progress within a global, market leading manufacturer as an IT Service Desk Analyst.

Our client is huge about the development and continuous improvement of their service, products and people resulting in clear and quick succession planning.

Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is eager to learn from the best and progress from taking on more responsibility.

This is a global role where you will be communicating and working with an international team who are operating a 24/7 technical support line.

Your Role as IT Service Desk Analyst will include:

Managing and delivering on support desk issues ensuring timely and adequate resolutions
Hybrid home and office Shift work, 11:00-19:00
The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will have:
Qualification in IT or Computer Science
Technical support, help desk or similar experience
