- Provide hands-on IT support in a professional services setting with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Support users within a Windows Desktop 10 and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environment.
- Configure Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Local Area Networking and local patching to switches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and provide necessary support.
- Employ strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
