- Act as a second-line technical support team for Operational and Support teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, and Platform Engineering teams.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in platform performance.
- Aid in validating and escalating live issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure optimal system performance with minimal downtime.
- Deal with incoming emails and calls, verifying and recreating reported problems.
- Work closely with support teams, Product Owners, and Infrastructure Teams.
- Maintain core business applications and systems.
- Monitor performance dashboards and investigate system issues.
- Act as a technical lead for complex incidents and manage external providers.
- Support emergency change management processes.
- Produce statistics and reports on application outages.
