    RoleOverview:

    As the Wet sideDutyManager youll take charge of all operational aspects pertainingto our wetside facilities. Your responsibilities will includeoverseeing the swimming program managing lifeguards and ensuringseamless daily operations. This position serves as a great platformfor future career progression in the business. This is a leisurejob not to be missed

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Efficientlymanage all wetside facilities including opening and closingprocedures.
    • Supervise the swimming program andlifeguard team prioritising safety and customersatisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with theAssistant General Manager to elevate operational standards andenhance customer experiences.
    • Strategise andexecute marketing initiatives to boost swim program engagement andmeet targets.
    • Work collaboratively withcolleagues to drive overall centre objectives and performancemetrics.
    • Flexibility to accommodate varyingshifts including weekends andevenings.

    • Prior experience inoperational roles within customerfacing environments within fitnessorleisure.
    • Proficiency in wetside operationsshowcasing strong organisational and leadershipcapabilities.
    • Possession of a valid NPLQcertification with the ability to swim (uptodate certificationpreferred).
